The product is almost right, only there is a missing cover to protect the knife at the reviews I have now also read that fellow people have this too. Furthermore, it works fine.
I haven't used it correctly yet but it seems to be within the parameters, it came with a missing lid where the accessory for cutting the vegetables comes in and a mark on the plastic but that's the least of it, otherwise it's ok
